Baltimore, MD - Hofstra won nine of 10 bouts with six wrestlers posting bonus point victories as the Pride defeated Morgan State, 37-3, Wednesday at Hill Field House. The Pride also defeated Bloomsburg in a neutral site match, 27-14. 

Hofstra is 2-2 on the season, while Morgan State is 1-9.

Twenty-first ranked Keaton Kluever won by fall over Tyler Stewart at 285-pounds, while Dylan Ryder scored a 15-0 tech fall against Kevin Lopez at 133 pounds. Dylan Acevedo (125), Noah Tapia (149), Jurius Clark (157), and Nikolas Miller (197) each posted major decision victories. Alex Turley (141), Ross McFarland (174), and Will Conlon (184) had wins by decision. 

In the match against Bloomsburg (4-7), Ryder, McFarland, and Kluever picked up wins by fall. McFarland's win at 174 turned a 12-11 lead into an 18-11 advantage. Conlon followed with a decision victory at 184 and, following a Bloomsburg win at 197, Kluever closed out the win with his sixth victory of the year.  

Hofstra will return to action Friday night when it hosts Edinboro at the David S. Mack Physical Education Center.

-Kluever has won all his matches this season by fall
-Clark made his dual match debut after missing the last month due to injury and went 2-0.
-Hofstra is 1-1 all-time against Morgan State and 7-4 all-time against Bloomsburg.
