How It Happened
Gallagher gave the Red and Blue a lead they would not let up, leading the Bears' Shawn Ryncarz 13-2 after the first three minutes before adding eight more points to the board to start the second to win by tech fall, 21-2. The freshman recorded four takedowns and tallied eight points from nearfalls to account for a majority of the points in his contest.

Colaiocco grabbed the first senior win of the dual, topping Shawn Ryncarz by major decision. Ryncarz struck first, but Colaiocco shook off the deficit, retaliating to even the match up at five after the first. The senior opened the second with an escape to take a 6-5 lead he did not relinquish, recording seven more points from a takedown and nearfall. Colaiocco escaped one final time to open the third, clinching the battle 14-5 to put the Quakers up 9-0.

Junior Composto dominated his contest from the start, scoring two takedowns and recording back points to lead 10-1 after one period. #17 Composto escaped Morgan State's Thomas Fierro to open the second before clinching an 18-1 tech fall decision and his seventh straight dual victory after another seven-point offensive burst.

Gandy got to work quickly in a successful dual debut, opening the match against Aaron Turner with nine points. The second period was a defensive battle, with neither grappler scoring, but Gandy made up for it in the third, escaping Turner and then scoring another takedown to push his lead to 13-0. The sophomore rode out time to end his first dual, winning by major decision, 14-0.

Senior Revano secured his 20th win in the first period of his battle with Greenwood, recording 11 straight points to create a 14-1 cushion. #23 Revano wasn't done applying the pressure on Greenwood, taking down the Bear two additional times in the second to grab the contest by tech fall, 18-1.

Incontrera picked up Penn's fourth tech fall win in the meet, taking down the Bears' Cortilius Vann four times in the first three minutes to lead 16-2. The #6 junior tallied his fifth and final three in the bout to start the second to claim his 21st win of the season off a 19-2 tech fall.

#20 Hale got back in the win column tonight, claiming the Red and Blue's final tech fall decision of the dual. The junior got to work against Nathanic Kendricks fast, leading by three heading into the second. Hale hit the gas in the second, takedowning down Kendricks two more times and adding back points to lead 14-1 after five minutes. Hale allowed Kendricks to escape to open the final period before getting his last takedown of the regular season to win 17-2.

#25 Urbas won the last dual of his Penn career off a major decision over Eric Washington. The senior led Washinton 5-0 after the first two periods, attacking offensively in the first with a takedown and escaping twice in the second to create a deep deficit for the final period. Urbas added back-to-back takedowns to the board in the third to win the Quakers' last dual of the 2023-24 season 12-2.
