BLOOMSBURG, PA. – The Sacred Heart University men's wrestling team stepped out of conference action for the final time on Sunday. The Pioneers couldn't break through against Bloomsburg University, falling to the Huskies, 36-3.

The hosts opened with three straight victories before the Pioneers got on the board.
Raf Lievano came through with a 7-6 victory at 149 pounds. In the next match,
Nick Palumbo came up just short in sudden victory against Alex Cardida at 157 pounds.

Bloomsburg captured the next four bouts to put the team competition out of reach. Senior
Joe Accousti won for the second match in a row when he convincingly beat David Tuttle, 9-2, at 197 pounds.

The Pioneers are on the road Saturday to take on Hofstra at 3 p.m.
