Bears Stumble Against the Tigers at Hurt Gymnasium

BALTIMORE, Md. (Jan. 10, 2025) -- The Morgan State wrestling team faced a daunting challenge this afternoon as they took to the mat against the Princeton Tigers inside Hurt Gymnasium. Unfortunately for the Bears, the match was a tough outing, culminating in a staggering shutout with a final score of 46-0.

This defeat not only highlighted the Tigers' dominance but also marked a setback for Morgan, who now find themselves with a dual meet record of 2-9 this season. 

Princeton (3-5) produced three wins by tech falls victories.  In addition to the major decisions, the team added three standard decisions to their tally, along with two pins, one technical fall and a win by forfeit.
