FAIRFIELD, Conn. –
Braxton Fries-Appello of the Sacred Heart University men's wrestling team recorded the lone win of the evening at 133 pounds in the Pioneers' 43-3 home loss to Ivy League opponent Brown on Senior Night.
In the final match of the evening, Fries-Appello battled against Brown's Hunter Adrian, who won by a very slim decision, 9-8, despite Adrian tying the match at 8-8 after securing the final point needed before the horn went off.
