PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania returned to The Palestra on Sunday for a pair of meets against #11 Cornell and LIU. The Quakers went 1-1 on the day, dropping its first meet to Cornell, 20-12 and then shutting out LIU, 50-0. Penn Wrestling teamed up with Penn Gymnastics for its annual Rumble & Tumble meet vs. Cornell. This was the first year where both Penn teams matched up with the same opponent.
#21 Lucas Rrevano started things off against Cornell with an 8-2 decision. However, the next five bouts would go the Big Red's way as Cornell jumped out to a 16-3 lead. Penn would make its way back into the meet with a 7-4 decision by #9

CJ Composto followed that up with a 5-1 decision cutting the visitors lead to just seven with just two bouts remaining. A major decision by #1 Yianni Diakohihalis over #20
Anthony Artalona sealed the victory for Cornell. #20
Doug Zapf closed out the meet with a 4-2 decision.
The second meet saw Penn win all ten bouts as they cruised to a 50-0 victory over LIU. Revano, #32
